How the purchase works
- Choose a tower and an apartment from the price list
- Reserve the apartment
- Sign the contract in person or by power of attorney
- Pay 10%, then 80% on a 48-month schedule
- Pay 10% when your tower is completed
- Register ownership in the Public Registry of Georgia
